Water is very essential foryour health and wellbeing. Drinking water at certain specific times of the day could be beneficial to you in ways you probably never even thought or imagined.

1. Before going to bed
If you are fully hydrated before going to bed and sleeping, you lower the risk of stroke and heart attack.
